Stephen Krasner for Town Supervisor
Integrity. Accountability. Results.
Stephen is running for Town of Newburgh Town Supervisor to bring competence, transparency, and fiscal responsibility back to Town Hall. Local government should make life easier, not harder.

What I'll Fight For
Five priorities to restore competent, honest leadership to the Town of Newburgh.
Clean Government & Real Transparency
Publish budgets and contracts online, hold regular public forums, strengthen ethics rules, and end backroom decisions.
Fiscal Responsibility & Long-Term Planning
Full operational and financial review in the first 100 days. Stronger fiscal controls. Make every tax dollar traceable.
Infrastructure, Safety & Emergency Preparedness
A transparent capital plan, support for first responders, updated emergency management, and development tied to infrastructure capacity.
About Stephen
Stephen L. Krasner is a longtime Town of Newburgh resident, public servant, and legal professional. He is the father of three daughters and husband to a hospital nurse. He lives the same day-to-day realities as most families — juggling work, school, and the constant feeling that everything costs more and takes longer than it should.
His campaign is built on four core values — integrity, accountability, fiscal responsibility, and inclusion. He has spent years digging into town budgets, audits, infrastructure, and public safety. He’s not learning on the job — he’s ready on day one.
